An Edwardian three piece tea set,
comprising teapot, sugar bowl and milk jug, of bellied form, deeply embossed and chased with an all-over pattern of tavern scenes, trees, cupids, scrolls, urns and flowers on a textured ground (in the manner of Edward Farrell), with floral garland borders and scroll feet with mask terminals, the teapot with ivory handle (repaired) and spout with cast bird finial, the domed cover with cast finial of a figure with wine cask; the sugar bowl and milk jug with handles formed as twigs, and gilt interiors, by Harman, 1903, the teapot 17.5cm high, 70oz.
