The Rest on The Fight into Egypt, a fine painted fan, the verso with two elegant ladies with a gentleman by an urn, the ivory sticks painted and lacquered and cloute with mother of pearl, with musicians flowers and shells, the verso with a huntsman with a bow and arrow, the guardsticks applied with mother of pearl painted with a shepherd and a lady holding a fan - 11in. (29cm.), probably South German, circa 1720 (one of the plaques on lower guardstick slightly loose)
