A fine Ballooning fan, the leaf leaf painted two elegant couples watching a lady with a little boy, the reserves with portrait vignettes of two couples, one nobleman wearing an order, the verso with a lady, gentleman and little boy with an empty birdcage and a lady with a bird, the mother of pearl sticks finely carved and pierced with a lady watching a balloon ascent whilst a gentleman proposes, backed with mother of pearl outlined with the same scene in red - 11in.
