A set of five Dutch ebonised, floral marquetry and elm side chairs, 19th century
in the early 18th century taste, the balloon shaped backs with vase-shaped solid splats inlaid with vases of flowers, butterflies and birds, heightened in ivory and mother-of-pearl, with oval putti panels below, having slip in undulating seats and seat-rails with figures, on cabriole legs with trailing inlay joined by curved H-stretchers and terminating in pad feet (5)
