In the Louis XVI style, with foliate scroll marquetry and inlaid with lines, the concave superstructure with cavetto frieze and pierced bras gallery enclosed by a central porcelain panel door depicting shepherd and shepherdess in an arcadian landscape, fitted with five drawers and flanked by enclosed glazed compartments between caryatid ornament, the sloping fall below enclosing a fitted interior with two drawers having a foliate moulded brass edge and containing a frieze drawer below, on fluted tapering legs joined by curved stretchers terminating in toupee feet with sabots
