A baby's robe of fine striped gauze, the skirt front gathered in two places, the bodice, sleeves and skirt trimmed with lace, tying with ivory satin ribbons at the rear, mid 18th century; a baby's robe of finely ribbed cotton, early 19th century; and a baby's bonnet with an oval Hollie Point insertion worked with a carnation and two birds at the crown and with flowers growing out of pots in a thin band over the head, circa 1740
