of five bays and three stories, with transferred brick to the upper two stories and stonework on the ground floor, bay windows flanking the front door, opening to reveal six rooms with staircase, hall with cupboard behind stairs, interior doors, chimney breasts, fireplaces, range, dresser, warming plate and original floor and wall papers -- 31in. (80cm.) wide, 12½in. (32cm) deep, 36½in. (93cm.) high with Hamley Bros. circular blue and white printed paper label on the back reading 64 Regent Street, London, Manufacturers and Importers (bannisters form first flight and pediments to bays missing)

Lots will be available for collection following transfer to Cadogan Tate from the Monday following the sale and every week-day from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO PURCHASERS WHO COLLECT THEIR LOTS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE SALE.

On the Friday one week after the sale, a transfer and administration charge of £17.50 per lot will be payable and a storage charge of £3.00 per lot per day will then come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
