A SCOTTISH 'REGENCY REVIVAL' BRASS-INLAID MAHOGANY AND PADOUK GENTLEMANS WARDROBE

Of rounded rectangular breakfront outline, the moulded cornice above a plain frieze with drawers to each end and above four folding panelled doors each inlaid with Greek-key borders centred by a foliate oval, the corners set with palmettes, enclosing two short fall-front drawers, above an open recess and three long fall-front drawers, flanked on each side by a long panelled door enclosing a hanging cubpaord, losses to mouldings and brass inlay, refitted in the early 20th Century with fall-front mahogany drawers and separate chest section, one side door locked
