A Pair of Newspaper Clippings Relating To The Great Eastern and the R.M.S. Titanic
The first, a copy of the Illustrated Times from Saturday, January 16, 1858 detailing and illustrating the construction of the Leviathan, later to be re-named the Great Eastern. The second from the Leeds Mercury, April 20, 1912 and detailing the sinking of the R.M.S. Titanic and the deaths of several passengers, including Mr. J.P. Moody, the sixth officer.
