The toprail gouge carved and inscribed James Hayne, above a rosette filled geometrical motif, the down swept arms with ring-turned supports, above a solid seat with gouge carved front rail and moulded side rails, on ring-turned legs joined by square section stretchers, the right arm branded S three times, remains of red paint
