A carved oak cupboard, Welsh, 18th century
later embellished, with an architectural moulded cornice and three frieze drawers decorated with various symbols or arcading and flanked by split mouldings, above a heart and whirl carved apron moulding, enclosed by a pair of twin panelled doors, the upper panel ogee arched and carved with strapwork surrounding an oval with pointed finial detail and applied with bosses, the lower panel with arcading, flanking a scroll carved centre upright and with stile feet applied with cabochons, the sides twin panelled, feet spliced -- 57½in. (146cms.) wide, 63in. (160cm.) high, 23½in. (60cm.) deep
