Tasting note: I have been tasting wine professionally since 1978, and for ten years prior to that as a passionate amateur. That being said, I do not think I have ever tasted a Champagne vintage as spectacular as 1990. More forward cuvées that will last for another decade include the Nicolas Feuillatte 1990 Cuvée Palmes d'Or. The richness of this wine is exquisite.
