A similar vase also with Qianlong seal mark was included in the exhibition, Chinese Ceramics of Eight Dynasties, National Museum of History, Taipei, 1987, p. 75. The shape and glaze of this vase are based on Song guanyao prototypes, such as the vase illustrated in The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art: A Handbook of the Collection, 1993, p. 297 (bottom right).
