an Edwardian gilt-lined cigarette case, shaped to fit the pocket, with applied gilded monogram and presentation inscription on reverse, by W.Aitken, Birmingham, 1903 - 14cm long; a matching smaller cigarette case, of square form similarly decorated and engraved, by the same maker, same date; an Edwardian oblong cigarette case engraved with a crest, the thumbpiece set with blue glass stone, gilt lined, by William Frederick Wright, 1904 - 8.25cm long; and a modern oblong cigarette case, the sides with engine-turned decoration, gilt lined and with inscription, Birmingham, 1946 - 12,5cm long, 18oz.
