of shaped rectangular form on scroll and paw feet and shell and foliate border, with raised central panel engraved with scrolling foliage, the two vase shaped inkwells chased with panels of flowers, the lids with artichoke finials, by Arthur Sibley, 1865 - 25cm long, 19oz.
