(8 5/8 x 6 3/8 in.), later vellum over pasteboard, smooth spine lettered in ink, 2 old shelf-mark labels on spine, somewhat stained, sewing of first few quires loose, lacking the 3 blank leaves, 12 nearly detached and with tear affecting 2 letters, a few small mostly marginal wormholes at beginning and end, some glue-staining at gutters, minor dampstaining in quires d-e and p-v, light marginal foxing.

Collation: 12 a-v8 x 10. 179 leaves (of 182, lacking fols. 12, a1 and x10 blank), unfoliated. Types: 8:91R (text of a2r-a8v), 4:76G (text elsewhere), double column. Type 34G: 41 lines, type 91R: 34 lines. Headlines, headings and colophon red-printed, chronological tables printed in red and black. 12-line woodcut white-on-black interlock initial on a2r, 6-l;ine initials from same set elsewhere.
