cover 1866 (28 July) printed entire letter from the Chief Clerk (handstamp at lower left) of the Court of Investment Debtors to Manila, bearing 8p. purple strip of five and a single (creased), all cancelled "B/172", showing red crayon "4", handstruck "2" (reales) with, on reverse, part "SINGAPORE/P.O." c.d.s. in red and arrival d.s.; the entire with four wormholes one of which affects an 8p. A rare and most attractive franking. Photo
