cover 1860 (12 Sept.) entire to Bombay, bearing 1856 4a. black (some perfs cut off at right) clearly tied by "B/172" obliterator, showing red crayon "4", sender's and "RAUTENBERG, SCHMIDT & CO/SINGAPORE" f.a.c. in blue, framed "INDIA ALL" and, on reverse, "SINGAPORE/P.O." (21.9) and arrival datestamps. The only recorded 4a. rate cover out of the 16 recorded India used in Thailand. Photo
