With inset portoro marble top above a foliate-inlaid frieze centred by a green-painted and pewter-inlaid pennant, the square tapering shaped legs each headed by an armoured winged female caryatid, with scrolled acanthus-cast terminal, joined by a 'C'-shaped stretcher centred by a dragon-handled acanthus-cast urn, on tapering acanthus-cast feet, stamped BAGNIARD several times to the top and back, with spurious date 1837
