in the Louis XV style, each with cartouche-shaped close-nailed upholstered back with asymetrical C-scroll cresting and channelled frame, with part upholstered arms, on foliate-carved supports and serpentine fronted upholstered seat with further foliate-carved rail and floral capped channelled cabriole legs and acanthus scrolled feet
