The blue-ground lidded bowl with three cartouche-shaped reserves painted with flowering plants, set at the top with a flowering acanthus handle and above a pierced rocaille neck, on a scrolled base, one mount stamped with the C couronné poinon

Lot Essay
The C couronné poinon was a tax mark employed in France between between March 1745 and March 1749 on any alloy containing copper.
