A faon de Venise table-fountain fragment
17th Century
The shallow bowl with moulded ribs radiating from an applied prunt, the everted rim and rim to the slender curved spout applied with a yellow filigree thread, supported on a wrythen-moulded stem with baluster and inverted baluster knops above a folded conical foot (minute chip to tip of spout, upper section and column lacking)
