A faon de Venise tazza
Last quarter of the 16th Century, Venice or The Netherlands
The centre to the shallow tray applied with a flattened knop of 'ice-glass' moulded with four raspberry prunts each containing a turquoise bead, the multi-knopped stem including a flattened ribbed knop with traces of gilding and a slender tapering section applied with three raspberry prunts, each with a turquoise bead and with traces of gilding, on a conical foot (very slight staining to tray)
