The arched case with moulded door frame (section lacking along lower edge), with glazed viewing panels to top and both sides, the silvered 10in. dial of regulator format and signed in the centre Rob.t Roskell Liverpool with number 1292 below, the four pillar movement with tapering plates, deadbeat escapement and Harrison's maintaining power, all wheels with four crossings; with brass weight and wood rod pendulum -- 53½in. (136cm.) high
