painted and gilt with a central roundel of scrolling foliage, within a border of entwined panels of birds in flight above shells and sheaves of corn on a ground of scrolling foliage -- 18¼in. (46.3cm.) diam; and a fluted charger with a central roundel of the Three Friends surrounded by boys reading albums in gardens of plantain and rockwork -- 18½in.
