A White Porcelain Ritual Bowl and Cover
Choson Period (16th Century)
The deep bowl set on four raised rectangular supports and moulded on the sides in four places with raised flanges and two parallel incised lines above the feet, the cover convex with three raised rectangular supports, thinly glazed, save the lower halves of all rectangular feet, with powdery appearance, greyish-white tone and high gloss, the interior of the cover with a triangular area more powdery-white where the glaze is thicker
