A set of ten Ming turquoise and aubergine glazed pottery attendants
each standing on a raised hexagonal base, the two male and female officials wearing long flowing robes and standing with their hands held before them, the eight accompanying moustacheod grooms wearing tunics tied at the waist and conical hats -- 18½in. (47cm.) high max, all with detachable heads, two with detachable hands and two accompanying green and ochre glazed pottery trunks, 16th/17th Century, (chips and old wear with some areas of restoration.)
