A pair of famille rose shaped octagonal jardinieres
with flattened everted rims and scrollwork feet, each painted with shaped panels of vases, censers, precious objects, peonies, prunus and chrysanthemums, all on alternating geometric pattern grounds -- 7½in. (19cm.) wide, Qianlong, (one foot chipped, both with fritting to rims.)
