FOUR SIGNIFICANT 50'S BOWMAN MICKEY MANTLE CARDS
Lacking only his 1951 Rookie to complete an original Bowman Mantle card set, this lot consists of his 1952, 53', 54', and 55' Bowman cards. The 52' card #10 (ExMt) is Mantle's second card. Well centered, only upon close inspection can light marks be seen on its reverse where two corners were once placed in corner hinges to display card in an album. The 53' card, #59 (Vg) has a faint hairline crease running horizontally through its center. The 54' #65 (NrMT) and 55' #202 (Ex) Bowman Mantle's are two fine examples of these two cards. All four cards provide enough visual appeal to fit into most collections despite their grade differences. (4)
