By Tozer, London in the Louis XVI style, the superstructure with pierced brass guilloche gallery and white veined marble top with brass borders, containing two drawers in the cavetto frieze with central pull-out side with adjustable ratchetted green tooled leather panel, the moulded fall enclosing a green tooled leather sliding panel and fitted with compartments and two drawers with foliate brass edge of broken outline, fitted with leather lined slides to the sides and with arched panelled apron containing three drawers with moulded edges on octagonal fluted brass mounted tapered legs with foliate capitals and foliate sabots, carrying the label in the central frieze drawer Tozer, - London, two ormolu mounts to the side of the cylinder fall missing
