Of shallow rounded form with wide sloping rim on short foot, the cream interior painted in yellow-staining brown with a central figure of a man holding a ewer and an enormous glass, the figure wears a manganese hat or headress, to his left and right respectively a plant in a vase and a bowl containing pomegranates, the rim with quatrefoil medallions linked by bands on a spotted ground, zigzag around the rim, the reverse plain, repaired clean breaks
14½in. (36.8cm.) diam.
