CIRCA 1830, BLUE SCEPTER AND STENCILLED IRON-RED ORB MARKS, INCISED F C., INSCRIBED IN BLACK 61/206 M. AND WITH A PAINTER'S MARK
Of flaring krater form with pierced basket-weave mouth, richly painted with flowers above the globular body chased with foliate scrolls on the gilt ground, the trumpet foot painted with scattered flowers (spot of gilding worn along interior rim)--11 3/8in. (28.9cm.) high, 11¾in. (29.9cm.) diam.
