A gilt cast-iron mirror backed console table, late 19th century
the raised mirror with ornately carved foliate-scrolled cresting above a shaped plate and stiff-leaf carved frieze above a serpentine front grey and white variegated marble with rocaille, foliate-scrolled and shell-carved fluted frieze, on partially imbricated bellflower and foliate scrolled channelled cabriole legs terminating in foliate-cast feet, possibly by Colebrookdale and bearing a registration mark which may date to the 4th August 1854
