With rounded rectangular crossbanded inset leather top banded in ormolu, the angles fitted with foliate-cast clasps above three drawers fitted with foliate-cast pulls, the back fitted with opposing sham drawers, on cabriole legs headed by plumed satyr's mask chutes and ending in scroll sabots-31in. (77cm.) high, 71in. (180cm.) wide, 34¼in. (87cm.) deep

With its distinctive angle mounts and handles, this lot relates to the bureaux produced by the 'Maître des Pagodes' (A.
