Painted vividly with famille rose enamels depicting a scene of two pheasants perched on rockwork among magnolia blossoms, bordered by chrysanthemums and scrolling foliage, a further band of flowerheads and cartouches of peonies on a geometric pattern ground to the outer rim, the reverse with a cracked-ice pattern to the rim with gourds to the center, mounted for hanging
