Including full-page proofs of frontispiece and title-page, 8 full-page illustrations, and 105 smaller illustrations and vignettes (lacking only the colophon device which appears only in the limited issue of the first edition). [With:] SIX ORIGINAL PEN-AND-INK DRAWINGS FOR THIS EDITION. Together 6 drawings, each approximately 95 x 150 mm.
