The crossbanded serpentine top above a conforming case with fluted quarter-column angles, the central long frieze drawer above an arched apron with pierced brackets, flanked to each side by four graduated drawers with brass bail pulls, on a molded plinth, with a black ink inscription E2108/6, formerly with a gallery to back of top
