signed on the finely engraved 7.3/8in. (18.7cm.) diameter silvered dial Geo. Adams Mathe.l inst Maker to His MAJESTY Fleet Street London, the dial with shaped and pierced hands, engraved for miles, furlongs, poles, yards, chains and links, the domed glazed cover with turned rim, the mahogany frame with brass mounts at the axis point, the mechanism contained within a square-section support, with iron-tyred 31½in. (80cm.) six-spoke mahogany wheel, with display stand -- 47in. (119.4cm.) long

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE TO PURCHASERS WHO COLLECT THEIR LOTS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE SALE.
On the Friday one week after the sale, a transfer and administration charge of £17.50 per lot will be payable and a storage charge of £3.00 per lot per day will then come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
