An Uhlan officer's Chapka-cover, of reed-green cotton, bearing a scarlet training band around the lower part; a Prussian soldier's erzatz picklehaube, of grey felt with brass fittings (lacking Eagle plate, peak-edging and both cockades; chinstrap replaced); an Infantry officer's good peaked cap of deep blue with scarlet band and piping, complete with National and Prussian cockades (small area of cloth missing from lower edge of cap); and an NCO's Field-grey cap, possibly for Veterinary Troops, with black cloth band and crimson piping to crown-seam, now fitted with National cockade and State cockade of Oldenburg
