Item one: an ink inscribed old collection label reads "Cyprus".
Glass beaker and pyxis lids, similar to the one above, have been found particularly in Cyprus; the lids were sometimes painted with scenes of Aphrodite and Eros, cf. N. Kunina, Ancient Glass in the Hermitage Collection, St. Petersburg, 1997, pp. 290-291, no. 182 for similar from Cyprus.
