With mouth agape, emerging from a roundel engraved with an encircling scrolling tendril, mounted, 2¾ in. (7 cm.) diam.; a Roman bronze bull, with fleshy dewlap, standing on a rectangular pedestal base, 2 in. (5 cm.) high; a Roman lead eagle; and five other bronze animals comprising a goat, lower forelegs missing; a bird, all circa 1st-3rd Century A.D.; an Etruscan cista foot in the form of a Siren on a claw; a Near Eastern bull; and an Egyptian quadruped, all mid-1st millennium B.C., 1¾ in. (4.5 cm.) high max. (8)
