Circa 1760, each with gold anchor mark and impressed R mark
Winter and Spring as a gentleman in fur-trimmed puce hat and blue jacket, with coloured and gilt waistcoat and trousers, his companion holding a bouquet, with flowers gathered in her apron and wearing a red bodice and coloured and gilt-patterned skirt, Summer and Autumn as a gentleman in coloured and gilt-patterned frock-coat with a blue apron full of fruit, his companion in green bodice, pink-lined overskirt and a patterned and gilt skirt, on high pierced scroll-moulded bases applied with flowers, wheatsheaves and gilding (Spring with large chip to edge of apron, crack through left wrist, cracks to reverse and base, losses and restoration to foliage; Summer with restored hat, right arm and sickle, Autumn with crack through right wrist, restoration to foliage and crack to base, other minor chips and damages) (2)
