Twenty-seven Meissen silver-mounted cutlery-handles and three white-metal mounted Dresden cutlery-handles
Fifteen of the silver-mounted handles circa 1745 and four circa 1770, the French mounts post 1838, the three Dresden handles late 19th Century
Each of pistol-grip form and oval section, the ends moulded with ozier-ornament, finely painted with scattered insects and Holzschnitt or Deutsche Blumen, in a rectangular two-trayed leather-mounted case, comprising:
Fourteen handles fitted with silver four-tined forks moulded with shells and scrolling foliage
Thirteen handles fitted with tapering silver blades moulded with scrolling foliage (one handle with minor restoration and another with minute chip near ferrule)
A handle fitted with similarly moulded white-metal four-tined fork
Two handles fitted with similarly moulded white-metal blades
