Contemporary straight-grained dark green morocco, covers with a wide gilt roll-tooled border of oak, shamrock leaves and acorns, with a large shamrock leaf in each corner, enclosed in a double fillet, surrounding a large block of "Grolieresque" strapwork stamped in blind, spine in six compartments elaborately gilt, lettered in two compartments, g.e., green morocco turn-ins roll-tolled with an elaborate palmette design, gilt ornaments in each corner, blue paper doublures and flyleaves by GEORGE MULLEN OF DUBLIN (light wear to joints and edges).
