in the Savona style with two mythical beast handles above masks, a similar mask moulded to the lower section, painted in shades of blue with classical figures in a landscape within foliate borders, the reverse with an Italianate building, painted shield mark, late 19th century (repaired rim chip, footrim chips) -- 47cm. high
