The scrolled support with heart-carved crest and sawtooth and rosette carved coggle-wheel counting mechanism centering a four-arm winding wheel with straight-sided arms and bracket termini above a rectangular plinth on four splayed cylindrical legs--32½in. high, 15in. deep, 21½in. diameter across wheel
