With its orange painted ground, and front panel decorated with tulips, this trinket box, varies from the standard format of decoration associated with Weber, while the construction and tin hasp, and tulip decorated top and side adhere to his formula. The bold use of color including the blue painted double tulip are an interesting departure, which suggests this box may have been a custom order.
