Maker's mark of Georg Jensen Silversmithy, No.49, 1915-1927, also stamped 830S and Copenhagen
The globular kettle, with softly hammered finish overall, with tapering neck decorated with a repeating band of ovals, with short outwardly-curving spout, and with swing handle with wood insert at the top; the stand, with a central openwork circular top, having four incurving legs, ending in wood discs, and supporting a burner at the center; with key to hold the teapot to the stand; the teapot and burner marked, the stand apparently unmarked.
