Presentation flask in cut crystal, fitted with a gold bulbous gold cap, the lower half in gold bearing an inscription "Souvenir de Sarah Bernhardt."

SARAH BERNHARDT (1844-1923)
Known to her fans as "the Divine Sarah", Sarah Bernhardt became one of the most respected and acclaimed actresses in theatre history, winning the hearts of audiences in Paris, London, and New York. Sarah Bernhardt also became the one of the first great stage actresses to successfully move into motion pictures, starring in La Reine Elizabeth in 1911.

William F. Connor was Sarah Bernhardt's manager.
