The oblong casket on four feet, the body and hinged cover formed of densely scrolling filigree, with two bracket handles, the two hinges and lock with openwork scroll brackets, with iron lock and key, apparently unmarked; the bezel, cover and handles with later Netherlands tax mark for locally made silver
